Processing and delivery estimates

Processing times vary by product, availability, supplier, and whether an item is handmade or made to order. Any processing or delivery estimate shown on a product page, at checkout, or in an order update is an estimate and is not guaranteed. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay.

Shipping rates and destinations

Standard shipping for eligible items shipped by Copper State Home + Iron is $6.95 per order to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC). No automatic free-shipping threshold applies. Other destinations and optional expedited services are priced at checkout.

Supplier-direct orders

Products shipped directly by our suppliers have separate shipping charges shown at checkout. These charges are not included in the $6.95 store-shipped rate. If your order contains both store-shipped and supplier-direct items, the applicable shipping charges are added together. Items may arrive in separate packages with different delivery estimates.

In-store-only items

Mailboxes, the modern metal address sign, kitchen island, American flag bench and six-foot metal cactus plant hanger are available in store only and are not available for shipping.

Order and address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible and additional carrier charges may apply.

Tracking and carrier delays

Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier delays, severe weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery times.

Damaged packages

Please inspect the package at delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged, refuse the delivery when the carrier allows it and contact us as soon as possible. If damage is discovered after delivery, keep the item and all packaging and send us photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage so we can help with a carrier claim or replacement.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for exchange shipping costs.
